Employment Requirements
- Must be 24 years of age
- Possess Class A- CDL licsense
- 1 year work experience
- Pass FDOT Drug Test

- Available 90days of employment. Company will pay 60% of the premium for the employee only.

- Available after 90 days. Company pays 50% of the premium for the employee only
401K Program
- 401K Program is available after 6months. Company will match 50% up to 4% of gross payroll check.
Vacation Program
1. Drivers with one (1) year of service
- Entitled to one week paid vacation per year.
- Total days of Vacation: 5days
2. Drivers with three (3) years of service: Choice of A or B
A. Two week paid vacation per year total 10days.
B. One week vacation-5 days and 6 paid Holidays. New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas. Total days of paid vacation and holidays- 11 days.
3. Drivers with five (5) years of service:
- Two weeks paid vacation and 6 paid holidays
- Total days of paid vacation and holidays: 21days
4. All vacation and holiday pay will be based on 75% of each drivers annual gross income.
5. Vacation time should be reserved as soon as possible, only two drivers will be scheduled for vacation in any one week unless otherwise approved.
6. There will be no vacation time carried over in the to the next year. If you have not taken your vacation or requested the money, you automatically will receive the money the last pay day of the year.
7. If you do not want to take a vacation we will pay you for it and you can continue to work.
